Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Carefully pack your items in their original SINI packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup for larger furniture pieces through our customer service team.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
